It finally happened. Life is going to be difficult for a little while.
I had to take the Monster in for service. So I’ll be without it for far too long (any amount of time is too long). I don’t know what to do without it. It’s like if someone took the internet at from E90M3 so he couldn’t unnecessarily car shop. Or Photoshop from McMike so he couldn’t put random objects into Steven Segal’s hands. Or busted Jeeps from David Tracy.
It’s getting a front tire. And it may have a possible starting/charging issue, but likely no problem found.
I did the oil change, brake fluid, clutch fluid, and chain maintenance after work yesterday.

I know the feelz. Had to send my st3 in for two weeks last summer (valve adjustment). Longest two weeks of my life

This is why I have two bikes*, when a simple one day tire change turns into a two week wait because apparently my tire size is hard to find and they drop the ball on telling me that they cant find tires, I have another bike to ride.
*non-running and non-road legal bikes excluded.

I’ll get there. They have my tire in stock already. But I told them to leave it sit for a few days to see if the battery goes flat. Because that’s happened a few times.

Fundamentally different, almost no part interchangeability. From a feel perspective, both are similar enough, but definitely not a re-badge.
I have a low ceiling garage and floor space is about as full as it can be. I guess i could de furnish my basement and make that a motorcycle workshop... hmmmm...

It took me to Cali over the weekend! It gets used for running the kid around but not much else. Might drive it. Or ride the bicycle.
